I'm such a stranger!!! Jezzzz....

WOW! Time flew by so fast this past month! I feel horrible since I haven’t been keeping up with my blogger friends! A lot has happen since the last time I posted.

I’m still doing the handcrafted items and my garden seems to be growing (somewhat slowly though! Ha!). My husband finally started working last week, he’s now working for Lowes Home Improvement and delivering Domino’s Pizza at night. We have yet again managed to get ourselves into more debt because of him being out of work for a month but it’s ok, we’ll survive… with his second job, within a year and a half or two, we should have everything paid for except for the house. We won’t be eating out, won’t be traveling, and won’t be buying anything but the basics…etc.

As for “baby”, I’m now 26 weeks pregnant and only 14 more to go! We have yet to figure out a name...the only name that came to mind thus far is “Emily”. Got ideas??? Argggg! I’ll have to take another belly shot soon, it’s grown quite a bit since last time! HA! As for my little Cassandra, she’s definitely looking forward to having a baby sister, but I do expect her to be a little jealous…she shows her jealousy when her mommy and daddy try to have some snuggle time together, she always wants to be part of it, and sometimes will push me away and say “No mommy, it’s MY daddy!” *lol*

Also, I’m going to Las Vegas this Sunday on a business trip, I’ll be traveling back to NC on Thursday morning. I’m looking forward to it but I’m also dreading it. At least, I’ll be going to see Celine Dion in concert Sunday night (a dream of mine since the age of 10! She’s quite the star in Canada!).

I’ll give you all an update when I return from Vegas!

Hope you all had a great Mother’s Day!

So glad to see an update! I'm happy to hear you're doing well, but sorry to hear about the debt... I know you have been working so hard to get ahead with your money makeover. Are you on the rice and beans diet???

Emily is a lovely name. It seems very popular right now. Isn't it funny how baby names seem to cycle in popularity? I've always loved the names Ava or Eva, but my husband won't let us use either for a baby's name if we have a girl. I guess it reminds him too much of a Chinese airline that loses a lot of flights to crashes...?

Anyway, take care and post another belly shot soon!

xo, Rachel
